KN Equestrian helps children and adults of all ages learn the fundamentals of horseback riding and horse care under the careful guidance of our expert instructor and well schooled lesson horses.
We focus on both English and Western disciplines of riding and encourage all of our students to explore all horseback riding has to offer.
Horseback riding is not only a great exercise and a sport that can last a lifetime, but it can also help children, and adults, make friends, become more assertive, build self-esteem and become more responsible.
A BIT ABOUT ME
Kim Nassar- Your Horse Riding Instructor
KN Equestrian is based in the beautiful San Timoteo Canyon in Redands CA. I have been riding and competing since I was 5 years old. Horses have always been my passion, so after completing my degree in Kinesiology/Pre-PT, with an emphasis on Biomechanics, I began teaching and training full time. I am extremely passionate about being active, healthy and developing the proper riding techniques. I come from a classical dressage background, and all my lessons focus on body control and understanding how our bodies effect our horses. I’m also extremely passionate about all my students and their success as a rider, even if their only goal is to trail ride. Horseback riding can truly be life changing and healing for everyone. My favorite quote of all time is by Winston Churchill- "There's something about the outside of a horse that is good for the inside of a man."
